i hear rumors about rick perry in texas. do you think some of these state governors will say no thanks to the federal money and literally kiss good-bye to their income? >> i think they'll be compelled not to do so by their state legislatures and by other politicians in the state. we saw a similar dance if you remember with this stimulus money where sarah palin, bobby jindal, some of these other republican governors tried to make a show over using the stimulus money. eventually, they all took it. it's tough to imagine any of these governors making anything other than sort of a symbolic case against the health care overhaul. i do think however that it could end up motivating republican voters. we see polls showing that republican voters are more motivated to go to the polls. this is one of the driving reasons why republicans are not letting this go. are thot answering the question about what they would do instead and are making these cases about refusing to participate in the mandatory elements of the overhaul. >> incredible.
